Now, I know that the Mohammed cartoon wasn't a good idea - but the quote from Saudi ambassador to Washington, Prince Turki al-Faisal, to The Associated Press that "the violence is unhelpful and in many cases unnecessary" leaves me baffled.
How could there possibly be a case where killing or hurting someone else over a cartoon would ever be necessary?
