(guys can take a day off today, this is female stuff, LOL)
A first today - my first mammogram. I won't have results for about a week or so. I was pretty nervous, since I have heard horror stories about being squashed flat like a pancake, but it wasn't bad at all.......
My sister was diagnosed with breast cancer last year; they caught it early and she did not even need chemo or radiation. And since I am hitting 40 this year - two good reasons to get going on this.
