We just got back from a week in Texas where we watched our oldest graduating from basic training in the Air Force.
Going to chapel with him was quite an experience - incredible energy in the room (there must have been several hundred young men and women in uniform there...)

We also went to the beach one day. This Portuguese Man-O'-War was washed up on the beach (and there were plenty more scattered along the coast line!) So we decided swimming probably wasn't a good idea... :-)
